Studio Policies
How we work together
Kolam Wellness Studio is a private home studio in Piqua, Ohio. These policies set clear expectations so every session feels safe, respectful, and predictable for both you and me.
Please read these terms before booking. If anything is unclear, ask before your appointment and we will talk it through together.
24-hour cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Late arrivals
Arriving late shortens your session so it ends on time for the next client. The full session fee still applies, and we will keep the remaining time within the appointment window.
Professional boundaries
Sessions are strictly therapeutic massage only. Draping is always used. Inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately, and the full fee is due.
Client privacy
Your personal and health information, including intake forms, is kept strictly confidential and is never shared without your written consent, except as required by law.
