Most first-time clients have the same few questions about what to expect. Draping is used throughout every session for complete comfort and privacy. Intake forms and medical preferences are reviewed before any bodywork begins, and oils and lotions are chosen with allergy and skin sensitivity in mind.
What to wear and your first session
Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can easily remove. Underwear stays on, and you are always draped with only the area being worked on uncovered. Your first session begins with a short conversation about your goals and comfort.
Intake form, oils, and allergies
You will complete a brief intake form before bodywork so I understand your health history and preferences. Tell me about any allergies or skin sensitivities, and I will choose oils and lotions accordingly.
Booking, parking, and payment
Booking ahead is recommended, since sessions are scheduled in advance. Parking details are sent with your exact studio address after booking. Payment is accepted at the time of your appointment as outlined in the studio policies.
